I’m Walid Hassanein, a UX researcher and service designer with over 15 years of experience building the bridge between complex systems and the people who use them. I’ve worked across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, partnering with product teams, clinical environments, and enterprise organisations to make design decisions that are grounded, credible, and lasting.
My work spans the full research lifecycle: from ethnographic field studies and formative co-design sessions to usability benchmarking, journey mapping, and translating insights into measurable product improvements. I don’t just surface findings — I help organisations build the culture and processes to keep using research well.
